Hello, to avoid disputes, we kindly request that you record the entire unboxing process before opening the product. In the event of missing parts, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide replacements without video evidence.

  1. Shipped Orders: Consumers are entitled to a 7-day inspection period (T+7) starting from the day after receiving the product. Please note that this is not a trial period, and once the product is unsealed and used, returns are only accepted for product defects.
  2. Self-Pickup Orders: Within 10 days (T+10) from the day of placing the order.
  3. Return and Exchange Conditions: Returned or exchanged items must be in new condition with intact packaging. Submit your request to the online customer service within the specified period and dispatch the return within this timeframe, with the logistics receipt time as the reference.
  4. Experiences with Certain Products: For some products, experiences and quantities are subject to the product specifications.
  5. Refund Process: Upon receiving the returned product and verifying its condition, we will refund the order amount through the original payment method within 15 working days.
